Leah specializes in providing customized support to financial advisors that want to develop their retirement plan business. In addition, she works with the financial advisor and the plan sponsor to design the best retirement plan to meet the goals and objectives of the plan sponsor and their employees. In Leah’s role at Retirement Plan Solutions, Inc. (RPSI) she is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and new business along with providing customer service for existing and new clients. She has 30+ years of experience in the retirement plan services industry. Her career began in the banking industry, where she served for 16 years, providing complete plan administrative services, including managing retirement service teams and developing new business. In 2007, she started her own Third Party Administration firm, Virginia Pension Consultants, LLC. After three very successful years, she made the decision to rejoin RPAS. In 2011, she earned the Cash Balance Consultant certification from Kravitz. In July 2016, she accepted an offer to join RPSI and she is excited to have the opportunity to develop new strategic partnerships with them. Born and raised in Chesterfield, VA, Leah now resides with her family in Amelia, VA. She has two children and a beautiful granddaughter.
