Mrs. Pickering has been working in the qualified retirement plan administration business since 1985. She started with Associated Pension Consultants in Miami, Florida and then went to work for Kenneth F Hackett & Associates Inc. where she continued to work and grow the company for 33 years. In 2019, she came to work for RPSI, Inc as a Plan Analyst. During her 35 year career, Mrs. Pickering has provided full service plan administration, which includes plan design, testing, document preparation and tax returns. She is also the proud mother of three amazing daughters.
