Afton is a Senior Retirement Plan Analyst and Team Lead. She has been working in the retirement plan industry since 2007 and joined RPSI in 2019. She has experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration including plan design, drafting plan documents, contribution calculations, compliance testing and government forms.
Afton graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science. Through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries she has obtained the CPC, QPA, QKC, and QKA™ profession designations.
Afton resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and 2 sons. In her free time, she enjoys camping, cooking, gardening, concerts and traveling.
